Here are the reading worksheets for the chapters I expect to cover before the end of the semester. The unit test 5 covers from chapter 18 to the first half of chapter 23. 

Review and know what is on this chart for your final exam.

Read the Lincoln speeches and take notes from each one. For Lincoln and the Second American Revolution take 3/4 of a page of notes. Also work through discussion questions provided in the unit 5 summary.

The due date is fluid. You are responsible for these guided readings. Unit 4 covers the years 1800 to 1848. This is will take a couple weeks.

I have attached the worksheets of the unit/period 3. I am sorry to have forgotten until now to post this. In addition, read and take notes on Heritage of Independence and Rossiter's  Revolution to Conserve. With the Rossiter reading, target your notes to the questions provided on the word document.

These activities are to be completed before the next unit test. We will spend most of one class period on these activities.

 Due date is not a date set in stone. I have provided worksheets to the upcoming chapters. I would like the reading worksheets completed and turned in on the date of the chapter reading quiz. Chapter 2 Reading Quiz will be Wednesday, Aug. 23. 

 Readings for unit 2 are attached and assigned. Due date is not finalized.

Read the literature selections provided. Take notes on each literature selection, no more than a paragraph. These will be part of your notes. Each of these readings will be discussed in class on Monday.
