Welcome to Walnut High School
Below you will find information related to Enrollment, Inter/Intra District Permits and Transcript Requests
Thank you for your interest in our school. We will do the very best to make sure that your transition to Walnut High School is as smooth and easy as possible.
To help ensure that, please review the "WHS Enrollment Procedures" document needed to start the process. Enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year begins April 2017, and is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. An appointment should be made to submit the district required paperwork and completed enrollment forms.

Inter/Intra District Permits:
The following information is for parents whose students are interested in attending WHS through an Inter/Intra District Attendance Permit.
If you would like to attend Walnut HS but you live outside of our district’s boundaries, you will need to acquire an Inter-District Attendance Permit from the District where you reside. Once you have obtained the release from your District, please submit it to this office along with a current copy of your student’s Progress/Report Card/Un-Official Transcript and Immunization Record. Upon receipt of your paperwork, we will provide you with a copy and give you a timeline of our response.
If your home school is Diamond Bar High School but you wish to attend Walnut High School, you will need to obtain an Intra-District Attendance Permit. Once DBHS has released you, you may submit your transfer request along with a copy of your student’s Progress/Report Card/Un-Official Transcript and Immunization Record.
Upon receipt of your paperwork, we will provide you with a copy and give you a timeline of our response.
Transcript requests are now processed through our on-line transcript service, Docufide by Parchment. All requests are to be made through this service. Parchment will assess a fee for Official Transcripts to be sent to various educational institutions, organizations, employers, verification services etc. The link follows and you can also find it on our Home Page (left Quick Links). www.parchment.com
. Please be aware that your request may take between 24 to 48 hours to approve, and if necessary, a transcript upload to Parchment.
