Biography
Education
I graduated from CSULB with a Bachelors of Science in Pure Mathematics. I then attended UCLA as part of the IMPACT cohort and received my mathematics credential and Master of Education. This is my 1st year teaching at Walnut High School, and my 6th year teaching overall. Prior to coming to Walnut High School, I was a math teacher at LAUSD for 5 years, with majority of it spent at Garfield High School (the school in the movie Stand and Deliver).
Personal
I am a Korean American Christian that was born and raised in Los Angeles County. I come from a family of four and have one older brother. I recently got engaged to my fiancé on 12/30/23 and we plan on getting married by the end of 2024! Some of my hobbies include powerlifting (you can find videos on the right side of the page), drumming, watching anime, and playing video/board games. If you notice me with lots of pink things, it's because pink is my favorite color!
