Reduced TAP Card
If you are a disabled student, you qualify for Disabled discount fares and passes. You can apply for your REDUCED TAP card at your local Foothill Transit store.
To apply for a new TAP card, you will need a photo I.D., your LACTOA/Disabled TAP card application (Application is attached) and $2 to cover the application cost. It will take about 6 weeks to send you your new TAP photo card.
