Advanced Placement United States History is designed to provide students with the analytic skills and factual knowledge necessary to deal critically with the problems and topics in United States history. The demands on the student are equivalent to those made by full-year introductory college courses. The ultimate goal of the course is preparation for the AP Exam in the spring.
