A second round of shirt/sweatshirt pre-ordering will be taking place at the stage during lunch on Wednesday (12th), Thursday (13th), and Friday (14th). *This would also be a good time to pick up your orders from last week if you have not done that!!!
Shirts are $20 and sweatshirts are $35-you can purchase both for $50. Money raised goes towards: Pep Rally Give Aways, Class Gift, Senior Breakfast, Graduation, and Grad Night costs. Cash or Check only! If paying with check-make payable to Walnut High School.
*Any money being made by tshirts/sweatshirts being sold "outside" of school/2012 cabinet are going directly to the person you are buying the shirt/sweatshirt from, thus the money is not going towards keeping the costs of the above mentioned activities lower.

If you are interested in singing the homecoming song this year, auditions will be held on Friday September 23 during lunch in ASB. You must bring/find your own song that relates to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme and bring a CD or iPod with the instrumentals and copy of the lyrics to the audition. Seniors-Listen for an announcement about senior parking spaces tomorrow morning! Most people filled out a form for the senior parking lottery this summer. However, some students were not able to make it to registration or missed out on filling out the form for various reasons, because of this we will be announcing another chance to fill out a form before a public drawing is held next week in the MPR for spaces-date to be announced. Sorry for any confusion and thanks for your patience and cooperation.

8/25/11 Announcement made during 2nd period: Senior parking drawing will occur Wednesday, August 31 in the MPR during lunch at 12:20. Most of you turned in a slip during summer registration to be eligible for the drawing. If you haven’t turned in a slip, come by ASB and register today or tomorrow. You must be present at the drawing to win and the cost if selected is $75 due on Friday, Sept. 2. All other details will be available for you at the time of the drawing.
