Frying Pan 2 will be held at Walnut High School from 9:00am to 6:00pm this Saturday, October 6, 2018. Please bring $4 if you would like to purchase pizza.
For those of you who marked down undecided during our last meeting, please let me know if you plan to attend or not this Saturday.
All delegates will be required to email a position paper (no longer then one page) to their respective chair by Friday at midnight. This will help you research the topic so you have a better understanding on the day of. An award (Research Award) is given to the best written paper, so keep that in mind while writing!

There are two "subtopics" on the background guide. (A:The War for Fish and Oil; B: Japanese and Chinese Hostilities) The one that is debated will be decided on the day of by a vote. However, you should be incorporating aspects of both in your position papers.

Directions: Make a poster/storybook on the goal assigned to you in class. If absent then pick one. Do not use the boring stick figure pictures often used to simplify the goals and do not show starving children. I get too depressed seeing them on the wall every day. Extra credit will be given to creative projects.
