You, as a UN representative, are looking for a possible solution to your problem. Find at least 1 solution article (more is always better) that describes how another country has resolved or is attempting to resolve similar issues. The solution could have been put into place by their government or a non-profit organization.
Ask yourself as you research for articles, "Would this solution be effective to help solve my country's problem? Why or why not?"
