Please send students to the assembly in the GYM by the building letter listed below. Do not send any other class unless you have arranged this ahead of time with the ASB office.

****1st assembly, advise students on Wednesday and Thursday that they are to report directly to the GYM, you will take roll after you return to class.
Students in the D, E, F, G, K, J, and PE should attend the 1st assembly while the other students remain in class for instruction.
Period 4 #2 Multicultural Assembly begins @ 11:30 – 12:10 (40)
Students in B, C, H, M, N, T, W, Y, Z, and all Portables should attend the 2nd assembly while students from the 1st assembly will return to 4th period. Please listen for the announcement on the all call for release.

Period 5 12:55 – 1:40 (45)
Period 6 1:50 – 2:45 (55)
The participants/performers are excused from 3rd period and 4th period. They are responsible for making up all work that they miss that day.
