Parents who did not pick up their COVID-19 Student Test Kit may come to Diamond Bar High School this Saturday, January 15, 2022.  All COVID-19 Test Kits have been assigned by Student ID number, so testing kits will only be available on January 15 for students who have not already picked up their kit.  Please do NOT come if you have already picked up your Test Kit.  See Details below for more info.

• Walk-Up Distribution ONLY
• 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

            and

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Please print out email and write Student ID number(s) on the email printout.
• Only one test kit per student. 
• The Student ID number is recorded to account for the student pick-up.
