Summer 2021 Registration Appointment Process
 

This year we will use Google Forms, an on-line platform, for scheduling your student’s summer registration appointment with their Grade Level Coordinator (GLC).  This platform will allow you to choose an appointment time that works best for your family.

Each student has a Walnut High School email account, for example: (studentID#@stu.wvusd.org).  Walnut High School will use these accounts for registration date selection.  We will NOT use personal parent emails for the selection of appointments.  Please communicate with your student the importance of checking their school email account.

You and your student will receive an email invitation, on Friday, March 12, 2021, which will include a link to schedule their virtual GLC appointment. The registration window will open on Friday, March 12th at 3:00 pm and close on Friday, March 19th at 3:00 pm.    Virtual registration appointments will take place from June 28th through July 23, 2021.  At least one parent must attend this appointment with their student. A confirmation email will be sent to the student and parent emails provided during registration.

 In the event you miss the one-week window, an appointment will be assigned and sent via student email.

Parents, please remind your student(s) to check their WHS student email account. In the event, the message is not received or your student has an issue accessing their student email account, they MUST contact Kevin Wendland [email protected]  or Shirley Markel at [email protected].
