Scientific evidence shows us the positive effects of doing kind acts for others as well as receiving or even witnessing kindness. Even the smallest act of kindness can change a life. In 2021, we encourage everyone to Explore the Good and Make Kindness the Norm.
This week we had four days of Kindness Activities. Below is a recap of each day:
- Talk About It Tuesday: Post a positive message on the Kindness Wall.
- Wonka Wednesday: Write a positive note, take a piece of candy, and pass it on to someone to make their day.
- Thoughtful Thursday: Put a clothespin on someone's backpack with a positive message. Bonus points, try not to let them see you do it so they are surprised when they get to class.
- Flower Friday: Give someone a flower to make their day!
