On Saturday, February 4, Walnut High School sent 166 Blue Thunder students up to San Francisco to march in the Lunar New Year Parade. They were featured on the news (see clip below) and braved the rain storm on a Saturday Night. Thank you to Katie Takahashi and Corey Wicks, as well as our band parent chaperones, for making this such a memorable trip for our kids!
