From February 2–6 WHS will be recognizing and celebrating our GLCs in honor of National School Counseling Week. It shines a spotlight on the unique and vital contributions school counselors make within U.S. school systems. Sponsored by ASCA, National School Counseling Week highlights the tremendous impact counselors have in helping students achieve academic success and plan for future careers.

We would like to honor our incredible GLC and Counseling Team Jenny Alegre, Arthur Aragon, Jenn Engel, Jeff Jacks, Wil Lares, Sonia Nunez, Jennifer Peiten, Ernesto Ruiz, Corolar Schultz, and Jennifer Tucker , for their unwavering commitment to the Walnut High School community. Their dedication, advocacy and support are an integral part of our school and they play a crucial role in ensuring all students succeed.
