Interested in helping with one of our WHS programs and completing the Level 2 Volunteer process? WVUSD has dedicated three hours to our families to sign up and process their volunteer documents. Please register for an appointment with the link below and complete an application prior to your appointment. For those hoping to be a Level 1 volunteer, you can submit your documents at anytime, you do not need an appointment.

Live Scan Instructions:

1. Please ensure that you have completed your application form prior to your appointment: Volunteer Application Form
2. Location: District Office, 880 S. Lemon Ave., Walnut, CA 91789.
3. Check in at the front desk and let the receptionist know that you have a Live Scan appointment with Sheena Chang.
4. You will be asked to complete the Live Scan form and scan a QR code with your cell phone to submit payment. The Department of Justice fee is $66.24, which can be paid by credit card.
5. Please remember to bring your valid driver's license with you to your appointment.
