This is my 22nd year at Walnut High School and my 16th year as a Grade Level Coordinator. For my first 6 years at Walnut High School I taught History (World History, United States History, and Civics).

 

Prior to working at Walnut High School I was a faculty member at a private high school for 7 years.  There I was a History Teacher, Assistant Softball Coach, Class Sponsor, and in my last year, Chairman of the History Department.

My wife Julie and I have been married for 30 years!  When I am not spending time with my family I enjoy films from the 30's, 40's, and 50's, episodes of Doctor Who (the 3rd and 12th Doctors are my favorites), listening to the Blues and Bluegrass music, target practice, and reading: especially Adventures and Biographies.  I am currently collecting and enjoying the Horatio Hornblower novels written by C.S. Forester.
