Welcome to Walnut High School's AP Program!
 
IMPORTANT 2025-2026 ANNOUNCEMENTS (as of 4/16/25)
Students with APPROVED late exams only will take them the week of May 18-22.
Students will be notified via Google Chat of their room and time for late testing. 
Checklist of items allowed and prohibited in the AP testing room.
 
According the College Board,
  • All schools must administer the 28 AP exams digitally (Fully or Hybrid).
Fully Digital Exams
Students complete multiple-choice and free-response questions in Bluebook, with all responses automatically submitted at the end of the exam.
  • Fully Digital Exams: Art History, Computer Science A, Computer Science Principles, English Language, English Literature, Environmental Science, European History, Human Geography, Psychology, Government, U.S. History.
Hybrid Digital Exams
Students complete multiple-choice questions and view free-response questions in Bluebook, but will handwrite their free-response answers in paper exam booklets, which are returned for scoring.
  • Hybrid Exams: Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Physics 1, Physics 2, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Physics C: Mechanics, Statistics.

AP TIMELINE

August 2025

  • NEW TO AP? Please create a student AP account:Create your student AP account here please use a personal email account (gmail, icloud, etc… Do not use your school email account)
  • Make sure to add your AP teacher's join code, you will receive it during the first week of school and you have until August 21st to enroll in your AP .
  • Add your school ID to your profile information. All payments and exam check-ins will be managed by student ID number.

September 2025

  • Make sure you are in your teacher's AP Classroom.
  • AP student presentations during TUTORIAL in the PAC:
    • 9th and 10th grades- September 25th
    • 11th and 12th grades- September 30th

October 2025

  • AP Exam Payment and Registration- October 2nd - 15th - E-building office, ASB if paying with credit card (additional fee).
  • Make sure to have a valid 2025-2026 Walnut High School student ID.

November 2025
        • Exams are ordered. 
        • Any Exams order after November 15th will be charged a late fee of $40.
    • WEEK 4 Late Late Exams: May 18-22- Locations TBD
    • ALL 2025-2026 AP Exams will be administered at school.
 
December 2025 through February 2026
  • Any Exams order during this window will be charged a late fee of $40. ($140 total per exam)
 
March 2026
  • March 14th - Last Day to order exams.
COLLEGEBOARD EXAM ADMINISTRATION POLICY
  • NO CELL PHONES/STUDYGUIDES/ EARBUDS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOM.
  • AP exam locations (TBA)
  • Students must have a physical 2025-2026 WHS ID present.
  • ALL MORNING EXAMS START AT 8:00 AM. STUDENTS MUST BE AT THEIR LOCATION AT 7:30 AM.
  • ALL AFTERNOON EXAMS START AT 1:00 PM. STUDENTS MUST BE AT THEIR LOCATION AT 12:30 PM.
  • Students will receive a reminder email before their exam. The email will include tips and recommendations as well as the rules and expectations.
  • Break any of the rules and you will be disqualified.
PAYMENT METHODS!
      • We accept Credit Card (5% fee), Check and Money Order. NO CASH!
      • All checks must be made to "WALNUT VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT"
      • Student ID# must be on the check.
A blank check addressed to Walnut Valley Unified School District for AP exam fees.
