IMPORTANT 2025-2026 ANNOUNCEMENTS (as of 10/15/26)
If you missed in person AP payments, you can still pay online though our ASB Web Store. See below for more information.
 
Students with APPROVED late exams only will take them the week of May 17-21.
Students will be notified via Google Chat of their room and time for late testing. 
 
 
Fully Digital Exams
Students complete multiple-choice and free-response questions in Bluebook, with all responses automatically submitted at the end of the exam.
  • Fully Digital Exams: Art History, Business and Personal Finance, Computer Science A, Computer Science Principles, English Language, English Literature, Environmental Science, European History, Human Geography, Music Theory, Psychology, Government, U.S. History. 
  • New: World Languages and Statistics.
Hybrid Digital Exams
Students complete multiple-choice questions and view free-response questions in Bluebook, but will handwrite their free-response answers in paper exam booklets, which are returned for scoring.
  • Hybrid Exams: Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Physics 1, Physics 2, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Physics C: Mechanics, Statistics.

AP TIMELINE

August 2026

  • NEW TO AP? Please create a student AP account: Go to collegeboard.org to create a student account.
  • ALREADY HAVE A CB ACCOUNT? Make sure to check your information, memorize your password, and add your school student ID to your information page.
  • Make sure to add your AP teacher's join code, you will receive it during the first week of school and you have until August 21st to enroll in your AP .
  • Add your school ID to your profile information. All payments and exam check-ins will be managed by student ID number.

September 2026

  • Make sure you are in your teacher's AP Classroom by adding the join code they provide you.
  • AP student presentations during TUTORIAL in the PAC: (see presentation above)
    • 9th and 11th grades- September 24th
    • 10th and 12th grades- September 29th

October 2026

  • AP Exam Payment and Registration- October 12th - 15th - E-building office, online, or ASB if paying with credit card (additional fee).
  • New: Your parents can pay online at our ASB Works Student Store: LINK HERE during AP payment week. Make sure to have your parents create an ASB works account using a personal email (not your student wv account) before purchase. Please add student as a family member and include their Walnut High Student ID.

  • Make sure to have a valid 2025-2026 Walnut High School student ID.

November 2026
        • Exams are ordered November 12th. 
        • Any Exams order after November 13th will be charged a late fee of $40.
    • WEEK 4 Late Late Exams: May 17-21- Locations TBD
    • ALL 2026-2027 AP Exams will be administered at school.
 
December 2026 through February 2027
  • Any Exams order during this window will be charged a late fee of $40. ($140 total per exam)
 
March 2027
  • March 14th - Last Day to order exams.
COLLEGEBOARD EXAM ADMINISTRATION POLICY
  • NO CELL PHONES/STUDYGUIDES/ EARBUDS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOM.
  • AP exam locations (TBA)
  • Students must have a physical 2025-2026 WHS ID present.
  • ALL MORNING EXAMS START AT 8:00 AM. STUDENTS MUST BE AT THEIR LOCATION AT 7:30 AM.
  • ALL AFTERNOON EXAMS START AT 1:00 PM. STUDENTS MUST BE AT THEIR LOCATION AT 12:30 PM.
  • Students will receive a reminder email before their exam. The email will include tips and recommendations as well as the rules and expectations.
  • Break any of the rules and you will be disqualified.
PAYMENT METHODS!
      • We accept Credit Card (3.5% fee), Check and Money Order. NO CASH!
      • New: Your parents can make your payment online through our student store website. LINK WILL BE HERE during AP Payment week. AP exams will be available in the digital store on October 12, look for "Testing" in the categories. 
      • All checks must be made to "WALNUT VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT"
      • Student ID# must be on the check.
      • No refunds after November 13, 2026.
