DO I QUALIFY FOR A FEE WAIVER?
There are three ways to show proof:
1) Official letter from the WVUSD's Nutrition Services Department.
2) 1040 tax form meets the requirements from the Collegeboard (Look at second picture).
3) Proof of federal assistance (usually in a form of a card).
