~Transcripts and Diplomas~

All transcript requests are processed through our online transcript service, Docufide by Parchment.  Parchment will assess a fee for Official Transcripts to be sent to various educational institutions, organizations, employers, verification services, etc. Please be aware that your request may take between 24 to 48 hours to approve.


It’s very simple--Login to Parchment and create a new account.  Be sure your Parent/Guardian has not already created an account for you--if so, you must use the original Email to Register.  If an account does not already exist, you will be able to create one.

The following information is required and very important in order to accurately Register through Parchment:

  • Be sure to use ONLY ONE Email Address per Student
  • Register using your LEGAL NAME
  • Current residence address
  • Include your Date of Birth
  • Year of Graduation
Parchment will notify you that your registration is “ON HOLD” – this only means that it is waiting for WHS to verify who you are and approve the registration. 

REMEMBER to always VIEW your Transcript prior to any Delivery method you choose

 

To request a copy of your Walnut High School diploma, please contact Herff Jones, the company which has been trusted by WHS to provide all graduation memorabilia for years.
 
A Herff Jones representative may require proof of graduation, which can be provided by the graduate in the form of a Walnut High School transcript. Transcripts orders are processed through www.parchment.com
