Transcript Requests
**UPDATE AS OF 3/16/2020 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at the recommendation from the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), all schools in the Walnut Valley Unified School district will be closed through 5/5/2020. We will reopen on 5/6/2020. If you order your transcript after 3/18/2020, we will not be able to process your request until our school district reopens on 5/6/2020. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.**
Transcript requests are now processed through our on-line transcript service, Docufide by Parchment. All requests are to be made through this service. Parchment will assess a fee for Official Transcripts to be sent to various educational institutions, organizations, employers, verification services etc. Please be aware that your request may take between 24 to 48 hours to approve, and if necessary, a transcript upload to Parchment.




In need of your High School Transcripts?  You can obtain them by Registering with Parchment.

It’s very simple--Login to Parchment and create a new account.  Be sure your Parent/Guardian has not already created an account for you--if so, you must use the original Email to Register.  If an account does not already exist, you will be able to create one.

The following information is required and very important in order to accurately Register through Parchment:

·         Be sure to use ONLY ONE Email Address per Student

·         Register using your LEGAL NAME

·         Current residence address

·         Include your Date of Birth

·         Year of Graduation

·         Parchment will notify you that your registration is “ON HOLD” – this only means that it is waiting for WHS to verify who you are and approve the registration

·         Please allow 24-48 hours for requests
