High school can be exciting, stressful, and at times, overwhelming. High school will also be a time you should be exploring, trying out new opportunities, and making the most of your experiences. Here are four tips to help you through.

Always Check the Class of 2027 Website

This website contains GLC Contact Information, Remind Codes, Social & Emotional Resources, Academic Resources and much more Information specifically for the Class of 2026. Don't miss out on the great resource of classof2027.net!

Stay Organized

Keep your assignments and class information organized by subject. Put them in binders, notebooks, or folders.  Clean out your backpack regularly, and decide where to keep returned assignments and things you want to keep.  You also need a good workspace — somewhere quiet enough to focus. Lastly, use an agenda, planner or organization app to keep track of your schoolwork.

Make Connections

Now that you are older, you have more flexibility as to how you spend your time. Search for groups and activities that align with your interests. If you are not sure where to start, grab a club list from your GLC.  This vast list contains the purpose, president and meeting dates of every club and/or organization we have on campus.

Join Remind

Remind is a private mobile messaging platform that enables teachers, parents, students, and administrators in K–12 schools to communicate with everyone at once. Your GLCs will use this system often to inform you of coming events.  In order to join the Class of 2027 remind group, go to classof2027.net to find your code.
